Guduchi, commonly known as Giloy, is Tinospora cordifolia, a widely used medicinal shrub in Ayurvedic system for its general tonic, anti-periodic, anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, anti-arthritic, anti-allergic and anti-diabetic properties. The name Guduchi in Sanskrit means protector of whole body.
Guduchi capsule is prepared using extract from Stem and Roots of the plant with chemical constituents belonging to different classes, such as alkaloids, diterpenoid lactones, glycosides, steroids, sesquiterpenoid, phenolics, aliphatic compounds and polysaccharides.
